* उद्देश *

‘‘भारतीय माहिती अधिकार’’ समुहाने आजमितीला आपल्या देशामध्ये घडत असलेल्या ‘‘भ्रष्ठाचार-बलात्कार व अत्याचारांच्या घटनांकडे’’ गांभीर्याचा दृष्टीकोन ठेवून या घटना रोखण्यासाठी तसेच ज्यांच्यावरती अन्याय झाला आहे अशा पिडितांना लवकरात लवकर न्याय मिळावा व दोषींना कठोरात कठोर शिक्षा कायद्याने व्हावी या करीता पारदर्शकपणे पाठपुरावा करणेचा ठोस निर्णय घेवून सदर वृत्तपत्राच्या माध्यमातून संघटितपणे संघटनेची स्थापना केली आहे. सदर संघटनेचे ध्येय उद्देय पुढीलप्रमाणे ः-

१) ह्या संघटीत सेनेच्या माध्यमातून ज्या व्यक्तीवर असा अन्याय व अत्याचार होईल, त्या व्यक्तीच्या पाठीशी खंबीरपणे उभे राहून, सदर अत्याचाराबाबतीत गुन्हा दाखल झालेपासून (जर प्रशासन गुन्हा दाखल करून घेण्यास टाळाटाळ करत असेल तर लोकशाही मार्गाने व कायद्याने प्रशासनास गुन्हा दाखल करून घ्यावयास लावणे.) ते न्यायालयामध्ये अंतिम दोष आरोपपत्र वेळेत दाखल करण्यासाठी प्रशासनाकडे पाठपुरावा करणे.

२) पिडित व्यक्तीस शासनाकडून वेळेत मदत मिळाली आहे किंवा नाही याची पडताळणी करणे. 

३) पिडित व्यक्तीवर योग्य पद्धतीने वैद्यकीय उपचार होत आहेत किंवा नाहीत याची पडताळणी करणे. 

४)अन्याया-अत्याचारित सदर गुन्ह्याचा तपासा दरम्यान पिडितेवर अथवा कुटुंबावर तपास अधिकारी अथवा इतर कुणीही दबाव टाकत तर नाहीत ना याची खातरजमा करणे. 

५) पिडित व्यक्तीस लवकर न्याय मिळावा या करिता, सर्व कायदेशीर बाबीची पुर्तता प्रशासनाकडून वेळेत झाली आहे का? याची खातरजमा करणे.

६) सदर बेक़ायदेशीर-शोषित घटनांना आळा बसावा या करिता शालेय व महाविद्यालयांमध्ये संविधान,कायदे प्रचार-प्रसार करून जनजागृतिपर प्रबोधनात्मक कार्यशाळा घेणे. 

७) तारूण्यात पदार्पण केलेल्या तरूण-तरूणींना लैंगिक शिक्षण तसेच नैसर्गिकरित्य मनात उत्पन्न होणार्‍या शारिरीक आकर्षण या भावनांवर नियंत्रण कसे ठेवावे? यांचे मार्गदर्शन तज्ञ-प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तीकडून कार्यशाळा घेणे. 

८) महिला व बाल लैंगिक अत्याचार विरोधी असणार्‍या कायद्याचे ज्ञान आमच्या वृत्तपत्रक व वेब चैनल तसेच कार्यशाळा माध्यमातून सर्वांपर्यंत पोहचविणे.

थोडक्यात सदर ‘‘भ्रष्ठाचार-बलात्कार व अत्याचारां’’च्या घटनांना आळा बसावा याकरिता प्रशासन, शासन, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते व सर्वसामान्य जनता यांच्या मदतीने सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न करणे व त्यातूनही ज्या व्यक्तींवर अन्याय अत्याचार झाला आहे, अशा व्यक्तींच्या व त्यांच्या कुुंटुबियांच्या पाठीशी उभे राहून अन्यायग्रस्त व्यक्तीला जोपर्यंत न्याय मिळत नाही, तोपर्यंत लोकशाही मार्गाने लढा देणे असा वसा अंगिकारला आहे.
